ZX-168 is a phosphite auxiliary antioxidant with high hydrolysis resistance good processing stability, which can prevent polymer degradation caused by hydroperoxide during processing. ZX-168 can interact with hydroperoxide to inhibit the formation of free radicals, so it is called hydroperoxide decomposer.
ZX-168 has good synergy with the main phenolic antioxidants ZX-1010, ZX-1076, etc. It is used in polyolefins olefin copolymers such as HDPE, LLDE, PP, EVA, TPE, etc. At the same time, it is also used in engineering plastics such as PA, PET, PBT, PC, ABS resin rubber.
ZX-168 can protect the molecular weight changes (such as PP molecular chain breakage, PE molecular chain crosslinking) color changes caused by the oxidation of polymers during mixing, granulation, extrusion other processing.
