Product application
Antioxidant ZX-1135
ZX-1135 is an excellent antioxidnat for various polymers as well as pump-transport convenience. With low volatility and outstanding compatibility, it shows especially good effect during process of froced air cooling of PU. This fuction can also prevent surface from fogging of auto parts and fabric’s staining(like furniture and carpet). The low volatility and liquid stated of ZX-1135 make it especially suitable in the polymer processing under state of liquid, latex, suspensioin, solution or melting. ZX-1135 can be added before, in the process or after polymerization.
Recommended usage rates range from 0.15% to 0.5%. ZX-1135 can be easily integrated using pumping or injection methods and is emulsifiable, ensuring seamless dispersion or dissolution during processing. When combined with phenolic antioxidants, substituted amines, and co-stabilizers (phosphites, phosphonites, thioethers, alcohols, lactones, etc.) and light stabilizers (UV absorbers, hindered amines), it exhibits remarkable synergistic effects.
