Product Application
ZX-168 stands out as a high hydrolysis-resistant and stable-processing phosphite ester auxiliary antioxidant. It excels in reacting with hydrogen peroxide to inhibit free radical formation, serving as an effective peroxide decomposer. Particularly synergistic with phenolic primary antioxidants like ZX-1010 and ZX-1076, it finds extensive use across HDPE, LLDE, PP, EVA, TPE, and other polyolefin or olefin copolymers, as well as engineering plastics such as PA, PET, PBT, PC, ABS resins, and rubber domains.
ZX-168 safeguards polymers from oxidation-induced molecular weight changes (e.g., PP chain scission, PE cross-linking) and color shifts during mixing, granulating, and extruding processes.
Packaging:25 kg net weight/bag or carton or tailor made.
