Product application
ZX-5057, a low-toxicity, environmentally friendly liquid antioxidant, stabilizes polyurethane foam mattresses, effectively preventing peroxide formation during storage and transportation, and reducing scorching during foaming. Ideal for automotive, furniture, and textile industries, it minimizes vapor emissions, preventing fabric staining. Compatible with other phenolic antioxidants or in combination with stabilizers and light stabilizers, it excels in thermal stability and high-temperature antioxidative capacity, ensuring compatibility with oils.
